I’m so excited. There’s so much stuff I want to share, like how to can vegetables and fruits in the summer, and Bible verses and lots of other helpful tidbits. I’m sure you’ll want to read more, because this will be fun stuff. The kind of things my friends and I all get together to talk about and do over coffee.

I’m going to share with you my secret coffee creamer recipe. Well, okay, it might NOT be a secret, but I don’t share it with just anybody – but you’re special.
Two cans of sweetened condensed milk, I like to use one chocolate and one caramel, and two cans (I use the cans to measure) of half-and-half or milk (depending on how hard I want to work on dropping a few lbs. the day I make it). Put it all in a bowl and whisk it together. You don’t even have to add sugar, it’s sweet enough. And it’s really creamy and delicious. It lasts about three days, unless all my friends come over and it lasts a day! So… Rule-of-thumb… Use equal parts of sweetened condensed milk and half-and-half (or milk). Use any flavor of sweetened condensed milk you want. You can use original and add vanilla, just the chocolate or just the caramel… If you don’t like it as sweet, add more milk… The possibilities are endless… Then just add to your coffee and… Mmmmm… Now I have to go make coffee.
Oh! And… For goodness sake… Keep in the fridge… I really don’t want to go into detail about what happens when you don’t. Bla…
